Today I decided to throw in my "yoga instructor" towel - stop this wild ride before it gets even more wonky.

Not that I don't love me some yoga, because I do, but at my place in life there's just no need for so much drama. Let all the "yogis" and "yoginis" duke it out themselves. Plus, there are other things in the works - it's just time to put some things down and get ready for another journey.

With that, I'm off to rest. This head cold snuck up on me today, and I'm feeling a little wonky in the noggin.
